This is my second track inspired by the BBC show “The Last Kingdom”, which is set in 800s England at a time when the Vikings invaded the then very shaky and segmented handful of warring kingdoms that made up the British Isles.

Plucked Strings: medieval lutes x2
Percussion: frame drum x2, snare, timpani
Wind: vulture bone flute, fujara, war horn
Vocals: two female soloists, female shouts/whispers/breaths, male shouts
