Program Notes:
Inspired by the unique combination of acoustic & electronic elements of artists such as Olafur Arnolds, A Winged Victory from the Sullen, and Tycho. Images from a Fragmented Mirror attempts to bring simplicity, electroacoustic elements, live looping, and ambient textures together. As I was composing this piece, I wanted to build simple melodic elements that looped on top of each other over the course of the piece. Evolving soundscapes are built and deconstructed through out the piece.
