In this captivating piece, Michael explores the enchanting sounds of the ancient Greek kithara—an advanced lyre that reached its zenith during Classical Greece’s Golden Age. This new arrangement draws upon ancient musical modes and revives a melodic theme from his 2010 album, “The Ancient Greek Lyre.”
Inspired by Michael’s collaboration with the stunning Jeff Koons sculpture “Apollo Kithara,” this track showcases the unique tones of the Hypodorian Mode, inviting listeners to experience the depth of just intonation.
